To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will be charged 50% for all nights. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you will also be charged 50% for all nights. If cancellations occur less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 100% for all nights. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and are willing to accommodate you.
